Technology
We build the systems your operations run on.
Business applications, web platforms, mobile apps, dashboards and the connections between your tools: we build what your processes require, starting from the rules your teams already apply. As an IT company based in Tangier, we work with businesses across Morocco.
Where our projects start.
Orders, stock or invoices move from one tool to another by hand.
They want to browse a catalogue, send an enquiry or order without picking up the phone.
Management waits until month end to find out what sold, and where.
What we build.
Internal tools built on your business rules, from stock to invoicing, with tracked access rights and approvals.
Websites and portals that present your offer and receive enquiries, with a back office your teams keep up to date.
iOS and Android apps when the use justifies one, for example fieldwork or repeat ordering.
Dashboards that show your numbers with their source and definition, so you can decide without waiting for month end.
Connections between your ERP, your online store and your other tools, to cut down on re-entry.
We build around the tools you already have.
You usually keep some of your software, and that's often the right call. So we build around what exists, for example by reading your ERP's data through its API or connecting your online store. Before each connection, we agree which system is the reference for each piece of data.
| Data | Reference system |
|---|---|
| Stock | ERP |
| Orders | Online store |
| Customers | CRM |

Written rules first, then signed-off blocks.
Every project starts with written business rules and acceptance criteria approved by your teams. We then deliver in blocks, signed off on the live system, and any change of scope goes through a written note.
Sign-off by block
Illustrative example- Signed off

Technical choices come after the requirement, and we justify them by your constraints. Stock that must stay traceable calls for a ledger where each movement is added and never edited. A company that wants to keep its data in-house can host it on its own server.

A system you can take over.
The source code belongs to you and is handed over at the end of the project, with the business rules and the documentation, so another team could take the system over. After go-live, support and new features run within a maintenance scope agreed with you.
Let's discuss your priorities
Let's talk about what you want to build.
Tell us about your processes, the tools you're keeping and what needs to change. We'll tell you what kind of system fits, and whether it's better to build or configure.
- The call lasts thirty minutes, by video.
- You speak directly with a Claro expert.
- Afterwards, we email you the next step we recommend.
