Data Controller
Claro Digital Services SARL AU, a company incorporated in Morocco with its registered office at 47, Avenue Hassan II, Étage 2, N°5, 90000 Tangier, is the controller of your personal data.
Data Collected
We first collect the data you give us. The contact form records your name, your email address and your message, plus, if you provide them, your company, your role, your phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget and how you heard about us. On our campaign pages, the form also asks a few questions about your business and your project. When you book a call, the booking tool iClosed records your name, your email, your phone number and your answers, while having our guides sent by email only requires your address and your company name. Finally, an application sent to careers@clarodigi.com contains whatever you choose to attach, usually a CV.
Purpose of Processing
We use this data to answer your requests, prepare and follow up our calls, send you the guides you asked for and review applications. It also lets us measure traffic to the site and the performance of our campaigns.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by submitting a form, booking a call or accepting audience measurement from the banner. Our campaign pages follow a different rule, described in the next section.
Cookies & Analytics
Our site measures its traffic with Google Analytics 4, and the performance of our campaigns with the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking. Microsoft Clarity also records navigation paths to find where visitors get stuck, with form fields masked. Until you accept, these tools run with no cookies and no advertising identifiers, and Microsoft Clarity does not load at all. Our campaign pages, whose address starts with /visibilite/, are the exception: Google's and Meta's audience and advertising measurement runs there from the moment you arrive, with their cookies, until you refuse it from the banner. Microsoft Clarity, however, still waits for your consent there. Your refusal applies as soon as you give it, and the site stays fully usable.
Data Sent to Google and Meta
When you submit a form after accepting advertising measurement, or on our campaign pages until you refuse it, your email address and phone number may be sent to Google as a SHA-256 hash computed in your browser, to match your enquiry to an ad. The form on our campaign pages also sends Meta, from our servers, a hash of your email, phone number and name, together with your IP address, for the same purpose. We may then tell Meta what came of your enquiry, for instance a booked call, linked to the same identifiers.
You'll find this data in the recipients table, in the Google and Meta rows.
Data Retention
Your contact data and your applications are kept for at most two years from our last exchange.
Recipients and Hosting
Your data is never sold. It is available to the Claro team handling your request, and to our technical providers strictly as far as their service requires.
