We start by mapping these bottlenecks, because not all of them deserve automation. Simple flows run on no-code tools such as n8n or Make, while more complex cases call for custom Python development. Every workflow we deliver is tested before going live, then tracked in a dashboard.

The budget depends on the scope to cover and the number of systems to connect. The complexity of the business logic also weighs in, because a simple flow linking two tools via n8n or Make does not require the same effort as an accounting automation with invoice extraction and entries pushed to Sage. We therefore start with a scoping phase that identifies your bottlenecks and ranks processes by the hours they consume. You then receive a costed proposal per workflow, with the estimated time savings for each.

Yes, and it is actually where every project starts. The platforms we use, n8n, Make and Zapier, offer native connectors to more than 200 applications: ERP, CRM, accounting software, email and storage. For accounting automation, we extract data from your invoices, run the bank reconciliation and push the entries to Sage or your usual software. For an internal tool without a connector, we instead build the integration in Python through its REST API.

Every workflow we deliver includes error handling designed in from the start. On failure, the system retries automatically, switches to a fallback scenario if the problem persists, and notifies you of any anomaly. Nothing therefore runs silently without supervision. You also track activity in a dashboard that measures hours saved and errors avoided, so a drift gets spotted before it disrupts your operations. Go-live only happens once the testing phase has been validated.
