Maintenance & Evolution
Keep your systems running and keep them evolving.
A delivered system has to keep up with updates and evolve with your business. We provide that follow-up for the applications, websites and integrations we've built, within a scope agreed with you.
Maintenance, incidents and new features.

The systems we look after.
We look after the business applications, websites and integrations we've built, since we know their rules and documentation. If your system was built by another team, we start with a review of the code, hosting, access and available documentation before committing.

Updates and tested backups.
When backups are included, we also check that restoring works, with a real drill, because a backup that has never been restored protects nothing with certainty. Each change goes through a separate development environment first, then reaches production through an automated deployment, at a time agreed with you.
Per ticket or monthly.
Per ticket
Each request is estimated, approved by you, then handled.
- Suits
- Stable systems that change little.
Monthly arrangement
A planned volume of work and new features each month, including backups and a written report each month.

- Systems that change regularly.

Timeframes set in your contract.
Response and fix times are set in your contract, according to how critical the system is for your business. We don't publish a standard timeframe, because a company website and a store till don't call for the same responsiveness.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does maintenance include?
Maintenance covers updates to components and hosting, as well as incident handling, within the scope agreed with you. Backups and their testing can be included. New features are estimated separately, per ticket or within the monthly volume.
What isn't included?
New features beyond the agreed scope are estimated separately. Content updates usually stay with your teams, through the back office, and third-party licences aren't included.
What access do you need?
We need access to the hosting, the code and the admin accounts of the tools involved. These accounts stay in your name, and you can withdraw our access at any time.
Who pays for hosting and licences?
Hosting, domain, licence and API fees are billed by their providers. Depending on what we agree, they're in your name or recharged at cost, and they appear separately from our work.
Can you take over a system built by another team?
Yes, we take over systems built by other teams, after a review of the code, hosting and documentation. The review shows what can be maintained as it is and what needs fixing before we commit to follow-up.
