• Senior software engineer

  Remote, from Morocco. Full time.

  We build systems that companies use every day: business applications, platforms wired into their tools, and AI agents connected to their data. You will join the team that designs and ships them, so the code you write goes into production at a client, with real users and older software that has to be connected.

  What you will do

  • Design and build complete web applications in TypeScript, from the interface to the server.
  • Connect our systems to the tools our clients already run, ERP, CRM or databases, through APIs and webhooks.
  • Set a project's architecture with the technical project manager, then evolve it release after release.
  • Review the team's code and help less experienced engineers grow.
  • Put tests, continuous integration and deployment in place, so a release stays safe even on a Friday evening.
  • Bring AI components, language models or document search, into the applications with the project's AI engineer.

  Your profile

  • You have at least five years of software development behind you, a good share of it on systems in production.
  • You are strong in TypeScript, React and Node.js, and you can design a PostgreSQL schema that still holds when the data has grown tenfold.
  • You have already modernised or integrated an existing system, with its data and the habits of the people who use it.
  • You follow new tools, from new Next.js releases to coding assistants, and you can judge which ones deserve a place in production.
  • You work in French and English, since our clients are in Morocco and Europe.

• AI engineer

  Remote, from Morocco. Full time.

  Our AI agents read documents, find an internal procedure, draft an answer and wait for a person's approval before they act. You will build them with us, from the choice of model to their launch at the client, and you will know how to measure when they get it wrong, because a company only keeps an agent that is as reliable on the hundredth file as on the first.

  What you will do

  • Design agents and document search pipelines (RAG) on our clients' data.
  • Pick the right model for each need from those on the market, weighing answer quality, speed and running cost.
  • Build the test sets and evaluations that show what an agent gets right and what it misses.
  • Connect agents to the client's tools with only the rights their task needs, and plan human approval for sensitive actions.
  • Monitor agents once they are live, their errors and their response times, and improve them.
  • Explain your choices to the client's teams in plain words.

  Your profile

  • You have at least three years of software development behind you, part of it on applications built on language models and used in production.
  • You are strong in Python and comfortable in TypeScript.
  • You know vector databases, embeddings and document chunking, and you can tell why a search missed the right page.
  • You have set up model evaluations before and you read their results with care.
  • You know the Model Context Protocol or tool calling, and you follow each new generation of models closely.
  • You work in French and English.

• Senior technical project manager

  Remote, from Morocco. Full time.

  At our clients, a project brings together a business department, an IT team and sometimes a previous supplier. You will hold it together from scoping to launch, turning business needs into releases the team can build and the client can sign off. The role therefore needs a real technical background, since you will discuss architecture with engineers and priorities with a director, often on the same day.

  What you will do

  • Run scoping workshops with the client's teams and write down the scope, the priorities and the success criteria.
  • Split the project into short releases and keep the schedule with the technical team.
  • Chair the steering meetings and record decisions in writing, so everyone knows who approves what.
  • Anticipate risks, whether they concern data, access or an older system, and put the trade-offs to the client.
  • Prepare acceptance testing and the support users need when the system goes live.
  • Work with the sales team on what comes next at the client.

  Your profile

  • You have at least six years of experience, three of them running IT projects at an integrator, a software company or a large enterprise.
  • You have a technical education or background, and you read an architecture or an API specification without help.
  • You have run projects for banks, insurers, industry or large accounts in Morocco.
  • You write clearly in French and English, whether it is meeting minutes, a scoping note or a presentation to senior management.
  • You know agile methods and can adapt them to a client that works by its own rules.
