Industry

Organise the information your industrial teams depend on.

A technical catalogue, a quality procedure or a shipment file passes through several teams and tools before it reaches the right place. We organise that information and connect it to the tools you already use, without disrupting production.

Your priorities

What makes work between teams harder.

  1. Scattered documentation

Manuals, quality procedures and technical sheets are spread across shared folders and workshop binders.

  2. Files followed by email

An order's or a shipment's information moves through several inboxes, alongside the ERP.

  3. A catalogue that's hard to present

Your products exist in the ERP or in a spreadsheet, but your business customers can't easily find the right reference.

Use Cases

Four uses for industry and logistics.

  • Technical and quality documentation

Teams find a procedure or a technical sheet by asking a question, with the source document shown.

Put company knowledge to workCompany knowledge
  • Logistics files

Emails about an order or a shipment are read and matched to the file, and the team approves the replies before they're sent.

    Automate operations
  • Catalogue and business enquiries

A site generated from your product data, where customers find the right reference and send you their enquiry.

    Custom sites & platforms
  • Indicators across sites

Production, quality or delivery figures from each site, brought together in a single report.

    Bring data together

Governance

Data quality, the workshop and continuity.

  1. Most industrial projects depend on the quality of existing data, such as item references, bills of materials or history. So we check that data before building, and flag what needs correcting first.

  2. The workshop has constraints of its own, because the network isn't always reliable and workstations are shared. We choose the tool accordingly, and plan go-live so production isn't interrupted. As for predictive maintenance, it needs enough failure history, and without it we start by organising how that history is collected.

Our approach

We start from the information flows between your teams.

  1. We follow with you the path of a piece of information, from an order to its shipment or from a defect to its fix, noting the tools, the re-keying and the waiting at each step.

  2. That record shows where a tool will save time, and where connecting what already exists is enough.

    HER

This supplier needed to present a technical catalogue to business customers. We built the bilingual site and the back office for products and enquiries.

    Atlas Rayonnage

The company already had a product export. We generated a catalogue site in French and Arabic from it, live since September 2026.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect our machines?

We connect supervision, maintenance-management or production software when it offers an API or an export. Direct connection to PLCs is a job for specialised industrial integrators, and we tell you during the diagnosis if your project needs it.

Can we do predictive maintenance?

It needs enough failure and measurement history to spot early warning signs. If that history doesn't exist, we start by organising data collection, then assess with you when a prediction becomes realistic.

Our catalogue is in the ERP. Can we reuse it?

Yes, and that's the method we recommend. For Atlas Rayonnage, we generated the site from the existing product export, so the online catalogue follows the company's own references.

Can several sites share the same tool?

They can, as long as the shared rules and what stays specific to each site are set at the start. Access rights follow the same logic, since each manager sees their site and management sees the whole.

How much does an industrial project cost?

The investment depends on the data sources to connect, their quality, the number of sites and the go-live constraints in the workshop. A catalogue generated from a clean export takes less work than documentation that needs reworking. So we set the amount after mapping the information flows.
