Rackdiscount is a Moroccan supplier specializing in industrial racking and storage systems at competitive prices — metal shelving, heavy-duty racks, pallet racking, cantilevers and custom solutions. The company targeted B2B clients (warehouses, factories, wholesalers) but had no online presence to showcase its catalogue or capture quote requests. Claro Digi designed and developed a complete e-commerce platform built for B2B conversion and local SEO.
02 — Problem
Rackdiscount operated without a website, relying solely on word-of-mouth and field visits to acquire clients. The product catalogue — vast and technical (dimensions, load capacities, configurations) — was difficult to communicate by phone or in person. B2B prospects were searching for storage solutions online without finding a structured Moroccan offer. The company was losing opportunities to better-ranked competitors, and manual quote management was slowing down the sales cycle.

Claro Digi developed a complete B2B e-commerce platform with a catalogue organized by racking category (light, medium, heavy-duty, cantilever, custom). Each product page includes detailed technical specifications, load capacities and professional visuals. An online quote request system was integrated to facilitate B2B conversion. The site was optimized for local SEO to capture search traffic on industrial storage queries in Morocco. An admin interface lets the team manage the catalogue and incoming requests independently.
