Rackdiscount is a Moroccan supplier specializing in industrial racking and storage systems at competitive prices, metal shelving, heavy-duty racks, pallet racking, cantilevers and custom solutions. The company targeted B2B clients (warehouses, factories, wholesalers) but had no online presence to showcase its catalogue or capture quote requests. Claro Digi designed and developed a complete e-commerce platform built for B2B conversion and local SEO.
Rackdiscount operated without a website, relying solely on word-of-mouth and field visits to acquire clients. The product catalogue, vast and technical (dimensions, load capacities, configurations), was difficult to communicate by phone or in person. B2B prospects were searching for storage solutions online without finding a structured Moroccan offer.
