Public Sector

Services that are easier to follow, for citizens and for your staff.

A letter moves from one department to the next while the citizen has no idea where their request stands, and the service suffers. We design tools that make those workflows visible, within the framework set by your procurement procedure.

Your priorities

What slows down the service citizens receive.

  1. Opaque document workflows

A file moves from office to office, and nobody knows at which step it's waiting.

  2. Citizens left without answers

Citizens come in or call to find out where their request stands, which ties up front-desk staff.

  3. Texts that are hard to find

Circulars, procedures and letter templates are stored in several places, often in several versions.

Use Cases

Four uses for a public service.

Governance

Procurement, citizens and hosting.

  1. We work within the framework set by your procurement procedure, and provide the documents it requires. Administrative decisions stay with authorised officers, since our tools log, route and prepare without deciding in their place.

  2. A service for citizens has to stay readable by everyone, in French and in Arabic, and on an ordinary phone. As for data, we choose the hosting with you, including your own infrastructure when your rules require it.

Our approach

We start from a file's journey.

  1. We follow a file's path with your officers, from arrival to closure, noting the steps, the approvals and the waiting.

  2. We then suggest starting with a single workflow, narrow enough to be delivered and measured quickly, before extending the tool to other departments.

Illustrative example

Illustrative example: tracking a permit application.

We don't yet have publishable work in the public sector. So the example below shows how we would handle a common case, with no organisation and no figures.

  1. The citizen

    Submission

They submit the application and documents online, and receive a tracking number.

  2. The system

    Check

The file is checked for completeness, and the citizen is told if a document is missing.

  3. The officer

    Review

The authorised officer reviews the file and makes a decision, recorded with their name and the date.

  4. The system

    Updates

The citizen is told about every change of step, without having to come in.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Have you worked for a public administration before?

We don't yet have public-sector work to show. The methods we propose, such as tracking document workflows, access rights and traceability, are the ones we already apply for clients in other sectors.

Can you respond to a public procurement procedure?

We respond within the framework set by the buyer, with the documents it asks for. If your need isn't formalised yet, we can help you describe the workflow concerned, so your specification starts from how the service actually works.

Can the data stay on our infrastructure?

It can. We choose the hosting with you, and the tool can run entirely on your own infrastructure when your rules require it, including the AI model where there is one.

Will citizens need to create an account?

In most cases, no. A request can be tracked with a file number, and we choose with you the level of identification that suits the data being viewed.

How much does a project for a public service cost?

The investment depends on the workflow chosen, the number of departments involved, the existing tools to connect and the hosting required. A first, narrow workflow takes less work than a rollout across several departments. So we set the amount after following a file's journey with your officers.
