Multi-tenant SaaS platform for vehicle rental, born from a client project that became a product
Perfect Rental runs the operations of a vehicle rental agency: fleet, bookings, expenses, cash and condition reports. The product grew out of the back-office built for Perfect Drive in Nador, whose needs turned out to be common across the sector. ClaroDigi is a co-founder of the project, so this is not a conventional client engagement, and we flag it here as we do our other holdings.
Moving from a back-office built for one agency to a platform serving many changes the nature of the problem, because each agency's data must stay strictly separated while sharing the same base. The business adds its own difficulty: an agency rents by the day and by the hour, applies different rates by duration, and runs a cash till that accounting must be able to reconstruct. Finally, it had to serve a market where French, English and Arabic coexist.

How we removed the friction.
We built the platform on per-agency isolation applied across every table, with subdomain routing and an admin console allowing intervention on an account, each intervention logged. The pricing engine covers durations from hourly to monthly, since an agency does not price a weekend like a Tuesday, with date-specific rates. Cash accounting uses distinct buckets, with transfers, closings and withdrawals. Departure and return condition reports include photos and video.
