Overto
The launch website of a CRM consulting firm based in Paris.
In French or English
We design AI agents, knowledge assistants and automations for companies in Paris, and we have clients in seven European countries.
In practice
Three examples of use
Diagram: a request comes in, the AI assistant checks your tools, then prepares a result your team can review. A colleague. How do we handle a customer return? Procedures. Procedure found. Source: internal procedure.
What we do
Agents that prepare a reply or an action for your team to approve.
Answers drawn from your own documents, with their source.
Repetitive processes handled inside the tools you already use.
Workshops for your leaders and teams, built on your real cases.
Our method
We meet the teams involved over video and analyse a sample of your data. The stage ends with the list of use cases, compared and ranked.
We choose the first use case to test with you, with its scope, users and criteria. Your IT counterpart approves the access, then you decide whether to launch the pilot.
The pilot runs on real cases over an agreed period. We compare the results with the criteria set at the start, and you decide to rework, continue or extend.
If you go ahead, we connect the tool to your systems and train the users. We also agree who owns it after the pilot.
Every AI project raises the same questions.
The data used
Who can access it

Which actions the system may take alone
Which actions wait for a person's approval
We work through them with you from the scoping stage, because the answers depend on your environment, your internal rules and the suppliers chosen. Our dedicated page sets out these decisions and the documents we produce to govern them.

FAQ
We talk with you over video and inside your own tools, in French or English. If your project needs someone on site, tell us in the first conversation and we will look at what is possible.
That depends on the architecture chosen, and we settle it at scoping, before any development starts. We do not deliver GDPR compliance, which stays a decision for your data controller, but we prepare with you what the contract has to name: who hosts the data, whether any transfer outside the European Union takes place, and the standard contractual clauses that apply to it.
At the start, a sample of documents or data and access to the people who do the work. If you continue after the pilot, we ask for access to the systems to be connected, which your IT counterpart approves at scoping.
Yes. We designed and built the corporate website of Overto, a CRM consulting firm based in Paris, and the visual identity and website of Kintsugi People, a brand based in France. Those two projects are websites. Our AI agent in production for a European client is Skippo's, in Sweden, which has answered in five languages since May 2026.
