01 — Context
Startup Olympus is Morocco's first digital incubator, supporting entrepreneurs and startup founders through a structured ecosystem of learning, networking and business tools. Faced with a fragmented incubation process and overly informal tracking, Abderrahim Hamidine called on Claro Digi to build the central platform for his program. Result: a complete solution delivered in 2 months, having already incubated over 50 entrepreneurs with a high satisfaction rate.
02 — Problem
Startup Olympus's educational content was scattered across multiple tools, and incubatee tracking relied on informal exchanges with no structure or traceability. Without a centralized platform, it was impossible to guarantee that each entrepreneur received the same level of support and progressed effectively through the program. A solution was needed that could standardize the incubation experience while remaining flexible enough to evolve across cohorts.
03 — Our approach
Claro Digi designed and developed a custom incubation platform structured around three modules: a learning module organizing educational content and progress tracking, a networking module enabling incubatees to interact with each other like an internal professional network, and a tools module centralizing key founder resources (legal library, recruitment, funding access). Delivered in 2 months, the platform is designed to accommodate successive cohorts.
