Perfect Drive is an automotive company based in Nador, Morocco, operating across four business lines: luxury car rental (Porsche, Mercedes, Audi), off-road excursions, paint protection film (PPF) and professional detailing. Faced with 100% paper-based management and the inability to run operations remotely, the founder called on Claro Digi to digitalize all activities in record time. Result: a unified platform delivered in 2 weeks, with a 4.9/5 customer satisfaction rating and 100+ clients served.
02 — Problem
Perfect Drive's founder was managing four distinct businesses with no digital tools: paper bookings, manual order tracking, no real-time visibility. Impossible to manage his business remotely or ensure each division was running without being physically present. He needed an urgent solution — delivered in 2 weeks — covering all operations with enough reliability to abandon paper permanently.
03 — Our approach
Claro Digi ran intensive workshops to map, simplify and digitalize each business's processes. In two weeks, we delivered a unified platform: online booking with real-time availability calendar, order and vehicle tracking, a remotely accessible multi-business back-office, and an intuitive client interface. Change management was conducted to ensure full team adoption. The platform has been continuously evolving since its January 2026 launch.
