01 — Context
KLIT is a Moroccan SaaS order management solution for restaurants, enabling local establishments to receive orders directly — without intermediaries, without commissions. Claro Digi is not a simple vendor on this project: as a Venture Studio partner, we handle all IT infrastructure and product development. Today, KLIT has over 100 partner restaurants across 12 cities in Morocco.
02 — Problem
Moroccan restaurateurs depended on third-party platforms to receive orders, losing significant margins in commissions. Without their own management tool, it was impossible to control time slots, delivery zones or customer data. No affordable local SaaS solution existed, tailored to the specific constraints of the Moroccan market. KLIT had to fill this gap with a robust platform capable of integrating delivery players while bypassing their commissions.
03 — Our approach
As a Venture Studio partner, Claro Digi designed and built the platform from scratch: prototype, V1, then continuous improvement. We integrated the main delivery apps in the Moroccan market — Glovo, Done and Kooul — as well as WhatsApp for real-time order reception. The dashboard lets restaurateurs manage their menus, orders and performance from a single interface. Three months of intensive development were enough to launch a solution now deployed across 12 Moroccan cities.
