01 — Context
Chorouk Market is a neighbourhood supermarket based in Tangier, Morocco, with two points of sale and over 1,000 listed products. To support their growth, they called on Claro Digi to become the first supermarket in their region to offer online ordering via a mobile app. The delivered solution covers the entire customer journey — from browsing to payment — on iOS and Android.
02 — Problem
Chorouk Market had a loyal customer base and a rich product range, but no digital tool allowed clients to order from their phone. In an increasingly competitive Moroccan grocery market, the absence of a digital channel was a direct missed opportunity. The challenge: deliver a professional mobile app, synchronized with the product catalogue, and a back-office capable of managing over 1,000 references with prices and promotions.
03 — Our approach
Claro Digi designed and developed Chorouk Market's complete digital ecosystem: a React Native mobile app available on iOS and Android, a Next.js e-commerce site synchronized in real time with the catalogue, and a product, price and discount management back-office. The app includes a push notification system to maintain customer engagement, as well as a loyalty program covering online and in-store purchases. The solution is built to international standards — fluid, scalable and maintainable.
