01 — Context
Assur Lafia is an insurance broker based in Tangier, Morocco, operating since 1978 and partnered with 13 major insurers including AXA, Wafa Assurance and RMA. With no website or clear visual identity, the agency was losing prospects who could neither find them online nor get a quote quickly. Claro Digi designed the digital identity and developed a complete multi-page site, including an online quote request system.
02 — Problem
In a sector as competitive as insurance in Morocco, the absence of a digital presence directly translates to lead losses. Assur Lafia, despite over 40 years of expertise, had no website to build awareness, present its offerings or allow clients to request a quote outside office hours. A poorly defined visual identity further weakened their image with new prospects.
03 — Our approach
Claro Digi designed a professional visual identity for Assur Lafia, then developed a multi-page site reflecting the credibility of a broker established since 1978. The flagship feature: an online quote request form — a rare innovation among Moroccan insurance brokers — allowing prospects to submit their request at any time. The site clearly presents auto and multi-risk insurance products, the 13 insurance partners, and facilitates contact through multiple channels.
