Trilingual website and management platform for the ninth edition of an international festival in Tangier

The Tangier International Latin Festival brings together international dancers and artists each year around salsa, bachata and kizomba. Its ninth edition runs from 7 to 11 January 2027 at the Kenzi Solazur hotel. A festival of this size is not won on communication alone, because everything that follows a pass sale, accommodation, transfers and accreditation, is still usually handled in spreadsheets that do not talk to each other.
The festival draws an audience from several countries, so the site had to exist in French, English and Spanish without any version feeling secondary. Pass sales, booking follow-up, accommodation, transfers, reseller commissions and access control also had to stop being separate files maintained by hand. The organisers needed a convincing public entry point and, behind it, a single tool showing the real state of the event.
Where the friction lived before we started.
How we removed the friction.
We delivered two complementary things, because the storefront and the operations side answer different needs. On the public side, a single-page application covering the programme, artists, competition, hotel, tourism, partners and gallery, with tiered pass booking and ticket tracking by code. On the organisation side, a management platform covering accommodation, transport, ticketing, reseller commissions, QR codes and badges, plus a dedicated partner portal. Both share the same base, so a confirmed booking updates the state of the event with no re-entry.
Public site delivered in three languages: French, English and Spanish
Eleven public sections, from the programme to the competition and tourism
Tiered pass booking, with ticket tracking by code
Management platform covering accommodation, transport and ticketing
Reseller commissions, QR codes and badges handled in the same tool
Partner portal kept separate from the administration area
