01 — Context
Zaphs is a Moroccan modest women's fashion brand based in Tangier, specializing in long dresses, elegant sets, hijabs and modest swimwear. A manufacturer with its own factory, Zaphs had no online presence and wanted to move to direct-to-consumer sales. Claro Digi handled the entire e-commerce project and delivered an infrastructure capable of processing 100 orders per day from launch, with an 80% confirmation rate.
02 — Problem
Zaphs produced its collections internally but sold exclusively through intermediaries, with no experience or infrastructure for direct e-commerce. No website, no order process, no delivery management. The founder needed to build a complete online sales capability from scratch without an internal digital team — and needed a partner capable of managing everything end to end.
03 — Our approach
Claro Digi built the Zaphs e-commerce site and integrated a complete automation engine based on eGrow: automatic order confirmation on WhatsApp, transmission to logistics partners with tracking number, automatic follow-ups to maximize confirmations. Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel were integrated and coordinated with the media buying team to feed campaigns with data from day one. The brand was able to handle high order volumes from launch, without manual intervention.
