We work with Moroccan executive teams on their digital transformation and artificial intelligence programmes. Short scoping, then a roadmap where every line ends up in production.
Most Moroccan companies opening a transformation programme face two doors. On one side the large international firms, whose method is sound but whose teams often learn your business on your budget. On the other, communication agencies selling visibility when your actual problem is an information system. We occupy the space between the two, because a diagnostic is only worth something if it ends in a system that works once it is live.
In practice we work where the technical decision commits the whole organisation: data governance, architecture choices, business process automation, and AI agents wired into the tools you already run. Scoping stays short, typically two to four weeks, because most of the value sits in what gets built afterwards.
I run the scoping phase of every engagement myself, because that is when you decide what will not be done, and that decision cannot be delegated.
What we do
Digital maturity diagnostic from documents and interviews, then a prioritised roadmap where every workstream carries an owner, a deadline and a verifiable success criterion.
Learn more →AI agents, RAG and automations wired into the tools you already run. We target the processes where time saved can be measured before and after.
Learn more →Data governance, CNDP and law 09-08 compliance, access and processing design. We give you the means to comply, on a scope you control.
Learn more →A system nobody uses produces nothing. We train the teams concerned and stay present through the switchover.
Learn more →A typical engagement runs in three stages. The first establishes the real state of your digital maturity, from documents and interviews, with no generic questionnaire. The second settles a prioritised roadmap where every workstream carries an owner, a deadline and a verifiable success criterion. The third builds, and that is where we spend most of our time, since we stay engaged until the system is in production.
For organisations that want a fast result on a bounded scope, we run a ninety-day AI transformation sprint, from scoping to go-live. The amount is fixed and known before we start, so you arbitrate on scope rather than on an hours overrun.
Our references are public and our results are attributable to named clients. You can check them before you talk to us.
A digital consulting firm works on your organisation and your information system, whereas a web agency produces a website. The two trades overlap, but they answer different questions. If your problem is commercial visibility, an agency is enough. If your problem is how information moves between your teams, your tools and your customers, you need a firm.
Allow two to four weeks for scoping alone. A full engagement, from diagnostic to the first system going live, usually fits in three to six months, because we deliberately cut the work into short lots. An eighteen-month programme is judged too late.
We work across Morocco from Tangier, and remotely for both scoping and follow-up. Structuring workshops are held on site, since the raw material is with you.
Yes, and that is the most common case. We do not replace your ERP, we connect it. Most of the gains we document come from what happens around the existing system rather than from replacing it.
We set the indicators during scoping, before anything is built, and we measure the starting state. Without that baseline, a gain claimed afterwards cannot be demonstrated.
A first sixty-minute conversation is enough to tell whether the subject is ready and where to start.
