A senior AI engineering team in Tangier, working the European day in French and English. We build agents, RAG systems and automation that reach production, not prototypes that stall at the demo.
Most nearshore options ask you to compromise on something. Latin American teams suit US buyers but wake up as European offices are closing. Eastern Europe overlaps well and has become expensive and stretched thin. Morocco runs on GMT+1, which is the London and Paris working day, at North African cost, and Tangier is a two-hour flight from Madrid.
The second difference is language. Our engineers work natively in French and English. If any part of your business runs in French, whether that is your documentation, your customers or your regulators, that removes a whole category of friction that a Warsaw or Bogotá team cannot.
We are not a staffing pool that also lists AI on the services page. AI delivery is the practice. That means the engineer reading your codebase has shipped a RAG system before, and knows which parts of the idea will survive contact with your data.
What the team builds
Agents connected to the systems you already run, with the error handling, logging and fallbacks that separate a working system from a demo.
Learn more →Retrieval systems built on your contracts, procedures and archives, tuned on your material rather than on a benchmark.
Learn more →Process automation wired into an existing ERP or CRM. Most of the value we document comes from what happens around the system you already own.
Learn more →Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node and Python. Full product work when the AI piece needs an application around it.
Learn more →We scope before we staff. A short scoping phase establishes what is worth building and what is not, and produces a plan where each piece of work has an owner, a deadline and a success criterion someone can check. That phase usually runs two to four weeks.
After that we build, and we stay until it is live. Indicators are agreed during scoping and the starting state is measured, so the result can be compared against something real rather than asserted afterwards.
Start narrow. A first engagement on a bounded problem tells you more about whether we should work together than any reference call, and it costs less to stop.
Tangier, Morocco. Morocco runs on GMT+1, which is the same working day as London, Paris and Madrid, so there is no overnight handoff and no waiting until tomorrow for an answer. Tangier is a two-hour flight from Madrid or Paris if you want people in the room.
Both are possible, but we prefer delivery. Renting engineers by the month puts the risk of scope and sequencing on you. We would rather agree what gets built and be accountable for it reaching production, which is also how the pricing works.
AI agents wired into existing systems, RAG knowledge bases over company documents, document and invoice processing, WhatsApp and web assistants, and the integration work that connects those to an ERP or CRM you already run. We are not a general staffing pool that also does AI.
Latin America suits US buyers and overlaps badly with European hours. Eastern Europe works well for Europe but is increasingly expensive and stretched. Morocco sits in the European working day at North African cost, and adds native French alongside English, which matters if any part of your business operates in French.
French and English, both natively in day-to-day delivery. Documentation, standups and code review happen in whichever you prefer.
A scoping conversation takes about an hour and costs nothing. From an agreed scope, small engagements typically start within two weeks. We would rather start narrow and extend than promise a large team immediately.
Sixty minutes is enough to tell whether the problem is ready to build and what the first piece should be. It costs nothing and you keep the plan either way.
