R7immo is a leading real estate agency in Tangier, with over 20 years of experience in sales, rentals and management of residential, commercial and land properties. The agency wanted to modernize its online presence to reflect its stature in the Tangier market. Claro Digi designed and deployed a full real estate platform on WordPress with the Houzez theme, integrating advanced search, interactive mapping and multilingual management.
02 — Problem
Despite two decades of solid reputation in Tangier, R7immo operated without a digital storefront matching its expertise. Listings were scattered across third-party portals, depriving the agency of control over its image and client data. The challenge: create a centralized platform capable of managing a diverse catalog — apartments, villas, commercial spaces, land — while offering a seamless search experience in four languages (French, Arabic, English, Spanish) to capture Tangier's international clientele.
03 — Our approach
Claro Digi deployed a comprehensive real estate platform on WordPress with the Houzez theme, optimized for large-scale listing management. The advanced search system allows filtering by property type, neighborhood, price range and transaction type (sale, rental, seasonal rental). OpenStreetMap integration provides interactive map visualization for each property. The site features a featured property carousel, photo galleries with lightbox, client testimonials and a WhatsApp button for instant contact. All deployed in four languages to serve Tangier's cosmopolitan clientele.
