Maison 121 is a Moroccan technical clothing and sportswear brand that combines performance, comfort and urban style. With a growing community on social media, the brand needed an online sales channel that matched its premium positioning. Claro Digi created a modern Shopify e-commerce store designed to convert visitors into buyers through an optimized customer journey and a design true to the brand's athletic DNA.
Maison 121 had built strong brand awareness on Instagram but had no e-commerce platform. New collection drops generated a flood of WhatsApp messages that were impossible to handle efficiently, leading to lost sales and a disappointing customer experience. The brand needed a site capable of handling traffic spikes during launches while conveying the energy and dynamism of its sportswear identity.

Claro Digi developed a Shopify store with a dynamic black-and-white design evoking the sportswear universe, enriched with subtle product page animations. The site features a category filter system (t-shirts, hoodies, pants, accessories), product pages with multiple views and size guides, and a fast checkout with cash on delivery and card payment. A restock notification system was integrated to capitalize on high-demand drops.
