I Love Amlou is a Moroccan brand specializing in artisanal amlou — a traditional paste made from almonds, argan oil and honey — available in healthy and gourmet recipes. The founder wanted to move from selling exclusively via Instagram to a professional online store capable of reflecting the authenticity of her products and managing orders independently. Claro Digi designed and developed a bespoke e-commerce platform built to convert visitors into loyal customers.

I Love Amlou was selling exclusively through Instagram and WhatsApp, with no structured catalogue or automated order process. Each order required manual exchanges, making management unscalable as demand grew. The brand needed a digital storefront that conveyed the warmth and authenticity of the artisanal product while offering a seamless shopping experience — cart, online payment and order tracking — tailored to both the Moroccan market and international customers.
