01 — Context
Erzad Immobilier is a fast-growing real estate agency in Tangier, specializing in new developments and resale of residential and commercial properties. With a strong digitalization ambition, Erzad entrusted Claro Digi with designing a modern platform capable of presenting its real estate programs with the level of detail and visual sophistication expected by today's buyers.
02 — Problem
Erzad Immobilier wanted to position itself as a digitally advanced agency in a Tangier market where most competitors settle for basic sites with unenhanced listing pages. The agency needed a platform that could present both individual properties and new development programs with floor plans, simulations and detailed information. The site also needed to serve as a sales tool for agents during client meetings.
03 — Our approach
Claro Digi developed a modern real estate platform on WordPress, with dedicated pages for each development program including floor plans, HD galleries and available unit details. The design features a strong visual identity — dark palette with gold accents — that immediately differentiates Erzad from competitors. An online appointment booking system and a free valuation module capture qualified leads. The SEO architecture targets high-conversion local queries.
